iHelp Charity Iftaar Dinner 2012


Vision Investments was tasked with Event management, Sponsorship acquisition and PR activities in relation to the Islamic Help Iftar Fund raising dinner 2012.
The project is aimed at creating a trully home based care for orphans with the following outcomes







Expected Outcomes
01.  A children’s village to accommodate up to 150 vulnerable children with an eco friendly environment
02.  A training center / business center providing income for the children’s village
03.  A Permaculture farm providing income and supplies for the children’s village  It is envisaged the children’s village will provide a quality and eco- friendly environment for their physical, mental, social and spiritual growth. 



























It will be managed by skilled and professional staff ensuring the growth and wellbeing of the child. The project is designed to be self suitable through its income generating Permaculture farm and the training center. Furthermore different small industries and business ventures will be undertaken to generate further income and also providing life skills to the growing young people in the village.

8th Local Government Week and Exhibition 2012

 M/S VISION INVESTMENTS, of Dar es Salaam was commissioned to manage all logistics of the 2012 Annual Local Government Week and Exhibition.




The Annual Local Government Week and exhibitions was held in Mwanza from 24th June to 1st July, 2012. This Annual event was hosted by the Mwanza Region and Mwanza City Council.




















   It was held at Kirumba Stadium. This Annual high level celebration of local government fraternity was also held at Urban and District Council headquarters as well as ward and village levels throughout Tanzania. 

8th Annual Local Government and Exhibition brought together the following decision makers and stakeholders at Kirumba Stadium, Mwanza.
                     - 133 Mayors and Chairmen from urban and district councils in Tanzania;      
 - 133 Council Directors of from urban and district councils in Tanzania;


 - 21 Members of Parliament who are members of ALAT General Assembl
- Government officials from Ministries, Department and Agency- Development partners and Representatives of Embassies
- 40 Associations and Trade unions
- Councilors from all the LGAs in Mwanza                          - Invited delegates and stakeholders;
- More than 200, 000 residents of Mwanza and the general public;
- Traders, artisans and various entrepreneurs from all sectors
